Shipping & returns

We ship from Zürich with tracked delivery and want every order to arrive quickly and safely.

Shipping

Switzerland. Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over CHF 150; below that a flat rate of CHF [TO CONFIRM] applies, shown at checkout.

Europe. We ship to Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy, usually within 4–8 business days. [TO CONFIRM] Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside Switzerland are the recipient's responsibility.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original condition — with tags attached — within 14 days of delivery. [TO CONFIRM]

To start a return, e-mail us at hello@njah-fashion.ch with your order number and we'll send you the instructions.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is covered by [TO CONFIRM: the customer / us].
• For hygiene reasons, some accessories (such as earrings) may be final sale. [TO CONFIRM]

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days and send you an e-mail to confirm. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. [TO CONFIRM]

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order, so you're not left waiting on stock.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
