How long does delivery take?
Orders within Switzerland arrive in 2–4 business days. Deliveries to neighbouring countries (Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Liechtenstein) usually take 4–8 business days. [TO CONFIRM]
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all Swiss orders over CHF 150. Below that a small flat rate applies, shown at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy.
Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard), TWINT and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I return or exchange something?

You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with the details, and logged-in customers can check order status anytime under their account.
How do I find the right size?
