Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Njah Fashion online shop, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). [TO CONFIRM — please have this reviewed before publishing.]

What we collect
- Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number and order details.
- Account: if you create an account, the same contact details plus your saved address and order history.
- Contact form: the name, e-mail and message you send us.
- Payment: card and TWINT payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical: a session cookie that keeps your cart and login working, plus local settings (wishlist, light/dark theme) stored only in your browser.
Why we use it
We use your data to process and deliver orders, manage your account, answer your enquiries, and meet legal obligations such as tax and bookkeeping. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the shop: our payment provider (Stripe), the carrier that delivers your order, and the providers who host this website. [TO CONFIRM — list your processors.]
Cookies & analytics
We use a strictly necessary session cookie so the cart and login work. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. [TO CONFIRM if analytics is added later.]
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as Swiss law requires (currently ten years for accounting records). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, e-mail hello@njah-fashion.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
